Reactive Maintenance: When a problem or fault occurs - we react swiftly to repair it.
When a customer reports a fault, we react immediately. The fault is logged either through our customer portal 24/7 or through our contact centre. We dispatch an engineer as soon as possible to assess, make it safe and repair the problem.
Our fully staffed Contact Centre at our headquarters in Cheshire handles all inbound calls, emails and customer portal requests. From there, our scheduling team dispatches an engineer with the relevant qualifications to repair the fault. Our fleet of vehicles are tracked, enabling the scheduling team to dispatch the closest engineer, resulting in a speedier response time and reduced CO2 emission for a more sustainable approach.

Facilities Management Smart Monitoring
Smart Monitoring ensures early detection of a potential fault, often before a breakdown happens. This advanced early warning allows the dispatch of a Meel Group Building Services engineer to repair the asset before a costly system failure occurs.
Smart Monitoring is made possible by ‘connected sensors’ fitted to customer assets or buildings. These smart sensors alert the Meel Group’s monitoring system if a breakdown occurs and, just as importantly, flag up a possible failure before it happens. Smart monitoring is the proactive way to protect your business assets.

Leak detection
Sensors give early warning of water leaks - as soon as detected an engineer is dispatched.
Pump sensors
Essential pumps have connected sensors attached, which will detect early warning signs for pump failure.
Flow temperature monitoring
Sensor monitor high and low levels of your flow temperature.
Monitor building energy use
Live feed from your building's water, gas and electric usage gives you accurate information on energy consumption.
Air quality monitoring
Smart sensors monitor CO2 buildup and can adjust ventilation as required.

We fit required service packs and our system ensures that maintenance and certification renewals are never overlooked. We contact our customers well in advance, informing them of upcoming maintenance schedules.
